Target audiences include government agencies, ministries, PPP programme and project owners, international financial institutions, NGOs, and global consortia. Submit the procurement reference, requirement, scope, expected responsibilities, constraints, acceptance criteria, deadlines, and applicable documents. Pap NDIAYE will review the package for a participation decision.
Files are intended for protected object storage. Access to submissions and documents is restricted to the authenticated portal owner.

Include the procurement reference, contracting authority, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, evaluation method, questions deadline, and submission deadline.
Remove passwords, private keys, live credentials, production data, and restricted material not authorized for tender disclosure.
Accepted formats are PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, and ZIP: up to 5 files, 8 MB each, and 24 MB total.
